I See Unicorns wants every transaction to be a positive one! We gladly accept returns if you are not fully satisfied. Our return policy is based on degree of use.
Returning a Like-New Browband
If your browband is in like-new condition, we will accept a return for 6 months from the purchase date.
Returning a Slightly Used Browband
If your browband and jewels reflect only slight use (dirt and minimal wear) we will be happy to accept your return 3 months from the purchase. We assume these returns are due to poor fit.
Returning a Used Browband
We stand by the quality of our product. If your browband does not meet reasonable expectations for longevity, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately, horse tack is subjected to extreme wear and tear and difficult conditions (such as sweat) and some loss of quality is to be expected over time. If you have lost a jewel, we will replace it for you at any time and send extras! This applies to the lifetime of your browband. If the jewels on your browband become detached, we will happily replace it for you within 12 months of your purchase. We do not warranty the leather on the browband unless grossly defective.
We will replace lost jewels or repair your browband for the lifetime of your product.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card/ Debit Card, or PayPal account that was used for the original transaction. Purchases made via a gift certificate will have a gift certificate re-issued.
